Your trucks, drivers, maintenance, fuel, and DOT paperwork are scattered across notebooks, the office, and your head. This tool puts them on one screen so nothing slips — then a real person builds the real thing for your fleet, using your numbers.
Think of the pegboard on your shop wall — every tool in its spot, so one glance tells you what's there and what's missing. Right now your fleet's information isn't like that. A truck's brake service is in one place, a driver's medical card date is in another, last month's fuel spend is somewhere else.
A dashboard is a pegboard for that information: one screen where a glance tells you which trucks are rolling, which need service, whose paperwork is about to expire, and where your fuel money is going. Green means fine, yellow means watch it, red means handle it now.

Each one has a "Show me" button that opens the live dashboard on its own page (sample numbers), with how long it takes to build, a ballpark price (a typical range, not a quote), and roughly how many hours a week it saves. Time saved is an estimate that varies with your data, connections and setup — and every dashboard is customized, which is why the price varies.

"Where do all my trucks and drivers stand right now?"
Every truck on one screen — which are rolling, which are in the shop, which need service soon, what you're spending on fuel, and whether each driver's medical card and CDL are current.
Why it matters: a missed brake service or an expired medical card can pull a truck off the road or fail a roadside inspection. This catches it before it costs you a truck, a fine, or a bad audit.
Runs on: a list of your trucks — status, next service date, fuel spend, driver, and card expiry dates.
"Are we ready if a DOT inspector shows up tomorrow?"
A risk board for the things they check — inspections, ELD, drug/alcohol testing, driver files — with an overall readiness score and a clear list of what's overdue or expiring soon.
Why it matters: a surprise audit is a lot less scary when everything's green and your packet is one click from ready.
Runs on: your compliance areas — a score, what's overdue, what's expiring, and who owns fixing it.
"Is every driver's file complete and current?"
Each driver's required paperwork in one checklist — application, MVR, medical cert, CDL, Clearinghouse, road test — with alerts before anything lapses, and a print-ready audit packet on demand.
Why it matters: when an investigator asks for a driver's file, you hand over a complete one instead of digging through a drawer.
Runs on: a row per driver — which documents are on file, their status, and expiry dates.
The previews use pretend numbers. To make a screen show your fleet, somebody fills in your numbers. That's the Excel data template — think of it like a driver log or a service sheet.
It has one tab (one page) per screen — a "Fleet & Asset Command" tab, a "Driver Qualification Files" tab, and so on. Each tab has column titles across the top like "Truck," "Next Service Date," "Fuel Spend." You fill in the rows underneath with your real numbers, the same way you'd fill in a log.
